GET TO KNOW OUTLOOK’S PEOPLE
This month:
HEIDI WAHL
Heidi is Accounting Manager here at Outlook Management Group. In her life outside of work, Heidi enjoys traveling in the U.S. and spending time with family. She loves Hawaii and hopes to see Alaska!
When you’re not working, what do you most enjoy doing?
I love spending time with family and friends, going to my favorite resort in Wisconsin Dells — River’s Edge Resort, going to festivals and listening to and dancing to live cover bands. And watching football – especially the Packers!
What’s the best place you’ve ever travelled?
Hawaii – I love the beauty of the scenery and the weather.
What’s the scariest or most challenging thing you’ve ever done?
Dealing with my Mom’s dementia. That was hard.
What’s your philosophy of life?
Enjoy life while you still can. Be honest. Don’t take everything so seriously.
What’s something on your bucket list?
To go to Alaska — probably on a cruise.
What’s your proudest accomplishment in life — non-work related?
Having my daughter and seeing her grow into a contributing part of society.
What’s your “superpower”?
My memory – it’s both a gift and a curse.
Do you have any general life advice you’d share with a younger person?
Do not dismiss older people — your elders. They have experienced many life events and you can learn a lot from them.
